Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Returns
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened
- Custom orders, bulk purchases, and wholesale orders
- Health and safety products such as gloves, hair nets, masks, etc.
All such items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
✅ Return of Unopened Items
If you wish to return an unopened item, please contact us by emailing:

- Include the following in your email:
- Order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) being returned
Upon approval, we will process your refund less any applicable shipping, handling, and processing fees.
Items Not Delivered or Refused
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information,
- Refusal to accept delivery,
- Failure to pick up from a post office or shipping partner,
a Return-to-Sender Fee may be applied.
To resend the package, a Re-Shipping Fee will also apply. These fees vary based on Your location and the dispatch center used.
Refunds
If an item is out of stock, your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We are not responsible for any charges applied by your payment provider, such as currency conversion or bank fees.
For returns, once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their condition, our payments team will contact you to collect the necessary bank details (if applicable). Your refund will be processed within 30 days, less any applicable fees.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any orders.
The only exception is if:
- The item you received is defective, or
- The item is incorrect based on what you ordered.
In such cases:
- All sales are otherwise final.
- You must provide clear, verifiable proof (photos, videos, etc.) to support your claim.
